I've been having Ferri cut my hair for four years now and she always goes above and beyond. In addition to always taking care of me, she will give me her honest opinion about what looks best for me. The overall experience is like going to a spa, with a hot towel on my face and massage of my cheeks to relax me and let the stress drain away.
